Every small business I've worked with has the same problem: the work that matters gets squeezed out by the work that just has to get done. Meeting notes. CRM updates. Follow-up emails. Handoffs between tools. It adds up to 5–10 hours a week per person, and no amount of software has really fixed it — because the gap isn't the tool, it's the space between the tool and how people actually work.

VedXAI closes that gap. We deploy AI agents that listen, read, and act inside the workflows teams already use — automating the operational tail so owners and operators can focus on customers, growth, and the work they actually started the business to do.

Why I'm building this

After a decade in customer success — managing $5M+ portfolios for Fortune 500 clients, including Boeing, Red Hat, P&G, Juniper Networks, and Autodesk — I watched the same pattern play out in every industry: teams drowning in operational busywork that software promised to fix but never quite did. What worked wasn't better software. It was someone who understood the customer's workflow deeply enough to make the software actually land. That's the DNA of VedXAI.
